You can't put your email in the threads, it removes it automatically. See an earlier post of mine for my email address you can message and i'll email a copy of the spreadsheet. 

You don't need the spreadsheet to compute your carryover but it's a nice summary and you do enter it as a negative amount in screen 57.202 under Loss year info - computation of net operating loss. The next to last entry in that section is "Previous net operating loss claimed". Remember, for a carryover, enter a negative number.
