I should clarify... the spreadsheet is for calculating GA NOL carryforwards, not for calculating the NOL itself although it can serve as a check to the Form 500-NOL's results since it recalculates the totals as you enter the information. You still have to understand where to pull the numbers from to fill out the 500-NOL but the directions for the form pretty much tell you exactly where to get what and they are only like 2 pages long if that...
