I have an S-Corp that I am trying to e-file in Texas.  It is being rejected stating that I need to file a Form 05-167 Ownership Information report instead of Form 05-102 Public Information report.  Since it is an S Corp - it should file the Form 05-102 which is what is being created in the Forms section of Lacerte.  Does anyone know why the e-file is being rejected and stating that I need to file the Ownership Information Report?
