I use SV. Haven't had that issue, but have had other print-to-SV issues. I often find that clearing my SV cache helps.
- Log out of SV (close browser tabs and exit Connected Desktop)
- Press "Start" kay
- Type "%AppData%"
- In the Windows Explorer window that opens, navigate to the SV folder
- open Cache folder
- delete all contents (I usually have two folders and one file)
- Restart SV
After that, search SV help on their website. They do have a lot of good tutorials. Their chat support leaves something to be desired sometimes, but I find if I get a person on the phone, they are more helpful.
