Why am I getting a critical diagnostic for Ohio, non residents with W-2 wages must report more than $10 on line 12, when I have imput enough to generate $12 in use tax?

The use tax show up on line 12 or the return, but it will not pass validation.

Just a guess, but do you have an Ohio county in the Client Information page?
