1040 extensions? Mine (in Oklahoma) are going through just fine with no issues.

1041 and 1120 extensions had to be e-filed by 4/15; if not, you should file on paper.

Texas franchise tax, even before the snowstorm, had a 5/15 deadline so presumably is not the issue.

This is an IRS e-file schema issue; Intuit has zero control over what the IRS will accept for e-filing.
