I received the same message from Lacerte.  The rep told me that it is not their doing or their choice to not update the program for the extended deadline for LA, TX, and OK.  They said the IRS will not allow the program change.  It is an IRS issue, not Lacerte.  the IRS said they will determine on a case by case basis if the extension applies.
