Interesting that the IRS is capable of postponing efile schema to May, but not to June. The disaster declaration permits the IRS to postpone these deadlines and the IRS has honored Code Section 7508A and its associated regulations for TX, OK and LA taxpayers, but will not facilitate their extension requests after May 15th?
