Yes they will be subject to city taxes. Also don't forget the small business income deduction on Ohio for the Schedule C income.

Thank you. I’m having trouble with RItA in Lacerte. Return got rejected with error code “F37-SECTB-01B” stating that line 1b does not equal Sched J, Line 29, Columb 7. I’ve checked and they do equal. Any thoughts?

RITA returns are the worst and more often than not, if you're certain that you've entered everything correctly, you're better off just paper filing.
