Hi, everyone,

I only see one (new client) in my Individual module recently transferred to 2016 from 2015. None of my old clients appear in the module. I ran CLPACK and got this message...

"Orphaned Detail Files : If orphaned details files are found, this means a Detail file (input file) is found but the client does not exist in the database"

showing that all my old files are orphaned.

Is there a way to get the clients back in the database so Lacerte can load them?
