Has anyone heard if Lacerte will be offering the option to file superseding returns through the software or if we are still going to be in the paper file situation?

1) The IRS does not allow e-filing of Superseded 1040s.

2) In most cases an amended return will do the exact same things as a Superseded return, so you may consider e-filing an amended return instead.

3) If you are still wanting to e-file a Superseded BUSINESS return (again, the IRS doesn't do 1040s), no, I have not heard of Intuit adding that feature yet.
