How long are responses to service requests supposed to take this year? I have unanswered questions from February 24

I'm still waiting for a request from February 15.  Please help, Lacerte!!!

I think you will find that both of your cases have been marked closed by Lacerte; probably shortly after you contacted them.

That's how they roll. Close it without resolving it.

You didn't submit "service request" when you post on the internet, Here.

"I'm still waiting for a request from February 15. Please help, Lacerte!!!"

This is not "Lacerte" but peer users on the internet. Your NC topic has been asked twice, but so far, no peer user has provided an answer. The topic is here:

https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/lacerte-tax-discussions/discussion/nc-schedule-s/00/127580

That's not a Support Ticket to get you a callback. But I found these for your reference:

https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/lacerte-tax-idea-exchange/north-carolina-return-not-adding-b...

(you need to Vote on that one, if you like it)

But I am waiting on a legit and serious Service request from 2/21. The last one before this took 2 weeks to answer and the answer wasn't an answer.

I am going to spend the next 3 days enjoying the outdoors and check back next week.🙂
