When I select Settings/Options in 2020 Lacerte, here is what I see:
Status panel shows only the 5 default descriptions, instead of the customized list that everyone else at my firm can see.
Preparers panel is empty - no preparers shown,  all slots are "Empty"
In the "Firm Info" panel, the subsection titled "Electronic Filing" is blank.
No one else in my firm has these problems, and I don't have them with any earlier version of Lacerte.  So clearly something is wrong with how my login ID is configured in 2020 Lacerte.  How can I correct this so that my login ID can "see" my firm's customized list of status codes, preparer list, and efile data?
