Hi, From yesterday we are seeing an error while EFiling Individual Returns in Lacerte. The Error message reads "Error occurred with background processing of EF Transmissions". One more error says "Exception occurred attempting to process efile(s) from client XXX. An error occurred while executing the command definition. See the inner exception for details".

Apart from this, we are also getting 'Exception' error when trying to open any client file.

Are anyone facing the same issues and if so, how to proceed to resolve these issues. Appreciate your quick response. Thanks in advance!!
