I hope that people don't take this the wrong way, but I am seeing a tendency by some of the "Level 15s" to treat the more inexperienced users with some degree of contempt. There was no need to make the comment about "quicker on Google." I've experienced a similar "condescension" and it does little to generate a feeling of helpfulness and a desire to get more involved in this "support" system. If Lacerte truly wants to make this helpful, they should step in. Fortunately, I have a very active state society that has its own "Lacerte Tax" message board. Not everyone has that.
I saw your post when it had been there for 11 minutes, but I found the link in 20 seconds, so it just seems like you would have saved time by typing the same question in google.
