Hello, we're having an issue with some users not able to import from QuickBooks. Within the Lacerte Trial Balance Utility, users will click on the "import" button and choose From QuickBooks but the browse box doesn't pop up to import the file.IF they choose to import from Excel the browse box does pop up. Just doesn't work for QuickBooks. Anyone else exsperienceing this?
