I am performing some initial testing of the E-Organizer.
I created and mailed the organizer in Lacerte 2019. I entered some data and attempted to return the organizer by email (failed for unknown reasons). Took the [filename].od9 file to a machine with both Lacerte 2019 and 2020 installed. I expected the file to open and import into Lacerte 2020, but it opens 2019. It did not import, but client was locked. If I open 2020 I can only import a [filename].od0 file.
What am I missing?
