We have had two clients in two days call us to tell us that they can not upload documents to Intuit Link - both are clicking on "Upload Documents" as they normally would and the box just keeps spinning and spinning. They are never given an options to actually attach and upload a document.
I can't get the issue to replicate on my end - I can log in with a personal account and upload with no issues.
Any suggestions for the clients to try to see if they an bypass the constantly loading download screen?

Intuit Link is a bit temperamental sometimes but following the steps outlined below should resolve most issues:
- Use only Intuit Link-supported browsers (see https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/help-articles/help/system-requirements-for-intuit-link/00/55...);
- Clear cache and cookies;
- Exit and restart browser;
- Restart machine or device;
- Open Intuit Link only in incognito mode;
- Use another Intuit Link-supported browser if problem persists; and
- Use another machine or device, if available.
