@Jessica5 You can access the PDF repair tool from within Lacerte:
- Click your F10 key to open the Lacerte Technical Support Info window. (Help > Troubleshoot)
- Click the Utilities drop-down menu and select PDF Repair.
This will allow you to run the repair tool without having to download it first.
