Screen 1, right above Firm Number. It is a holdover from long ago and not really promoted or used by Lacerte.  You carefully select a few key words to put in there to help sort, but be careful - friend is not the same as friends. Whatever you put in there is exported. It has nothing to do with Filters and Groups used in making sorts in the main screen.
