I have filled in information on a foreign grantee on Screen 8.5.  No statement is being generated. I then checked off the box on Screen 8.1 regarding Sec 4945 and possible taxes on taxable expenditures. It changed only the response on Page 6, Line 5(a)(4).  Still no statement, nor diagnostics.
