Hello - I just entered a client in 2018 and I need to proforma it to 2019. When I highlight the client name and select the Tools menu, the option to Transfer Clients (Proforma to 2019) is grayed out. So far, I have not seen the solution for this on help menus...any ideas on what I can do to resolve this?
UPDATE: The proforma wizard just worked, but the option in the Tools menu is still grayed out. Perhaps the Tools menu option to proforma is more glitchy?

You proforma FROM 2018 *to* 2019.
If that is what you are trying to do and 'proforma' is greyed out in 2018, that means the program isn't updated. Go to tools, and update to see if any are available.
