Is there a worksheet available to view the details of the numbers that make up the total tax exempt income on the 1040?

I am not seeing a worksheet for tax exempt in the worksheets. Is there another place that I should be looking? Also would like to see the calculations for the state tax exempt, and where the numbers came from.
