I am receiving the emails that all signers have completed the DocuSign request.  However, when I go into Lacerte, the esignature status still shows as "sent" and it never changes to "completed" as in the past.  It's not a computer reboot issue (I've tried that numerous times) and I also had my IT person do a re-install of the Lacerte program in case there was some bug issue.  Anyone else having this problem?
