Simply put, if you did the input correctly for whatever form you are working on and you read the instructions for that form, you would understand and you would know if you answered the questions correctly.
If you want help - What type of return you are working on helps tremendously. Volunteers want to help, but the Easter Egg Hunt was a few weeks ago and we need much bigger hints.

Solved. No 2018 or prior returns being accepted as e-filed until COVID-19 is over.

The IRS continues to accept 2017 and 2018 returns for e-filing during COVID-19. Why do you say these are not accepted?
