Short answer. YES. 

Going on 10 days now. 3 calls to Support. No fix.

Force install did not work.

Changing options files PROFXO and ProfLog to PROFXOOLD and ProfLogOLD did not work.

Changing 19tax.ini to 19taxOLD.ini did not work.

Changing Malware and Firewall settings to recommending settings did not work.

Calling again tomorrow (since no client meetings Saturday).

Beyond Frustrated.
