- Check your spam or junk folders.
- Add do_not_reply@intuit.com to your contact list.
- Check all email addresses you might've used to sign up for your account.
- Make sure to unblock emails from Intuit.

Get help resetting your password or recovering your user ID for Lacerte, ProSeries, ProConnect, or your My Account dashboard.
If you forgot your sign-in info, no worries. You can reset your password and get your user ID in no time.
To recover your user ID or reset your password:
- Follow this Account Recovery link.
- Enter your phone number, email, or user ID.
- Follow the steps provided to retrieve your user ID or to reset your password.
Didn't get the email?
To change your password:
If you just need to update your user ID or password, you can do it from Intuit Account Manager.
- Sign in to the Intuit Account Manager.
- Select the Sign in & security menu.
- Select the User ID, Email Address, or Password section.
- Make your changes.
- When you're done, select Save.
If you're locked out of your account:
If you received a message saying your account was temporarily locked, that lock will automatically expire in 15 minutes after your last login attempt. Each new attempt increases the counter by 15 minutes. Once the lock has expired, you can then use the password reset link. If you've continue to have trouble, contact us.
