QBID WORKSHEET SIMPLIFIED HAS NO NUMBERS THUS IT WILL NOT FLOW AND ACCOUNT FOR THE DEDUCTION WHY?

WILL THE SIMPLIFIED WORKSHEET EVENTUALLY FLOW OR WILL WE HAVE TO WORK IT MANUALLY?  CURRENTLY THERE ARE NO ACTIVE NUMBERS AND NO WAY TO WORK IT MANUALLY, UNLESS I AM MISSING SOMETHING
