Did anyone else experience problems when creating the 2018 pro forma? We had approx 50% error rate in returns that did not roll over to 2018. Any known issues?

Talked to Lacerte customer support.  They suggested creating copies of the returns that did not transfer, unlocking them and converting the copies.  No guarantees that the copies will not recalculate during the pro forma process, and carry forward invalid results.  We pro forma close to 1,000 individual returns.  That's a lot of manual work for a process that has been seamless in the past.  BTW, all the business returns rolled without a problem.

For me, unlocking the returns did the trick. I did backup before doing this.

Intuit apparently has lots of fixes for this years cockup! https://accountants-community.intuit.com/articles/1608229&src=lsccom
