ProConnect tax returns: All ProConnect tax returns are purchased for a specific tax-year, meaning the taxable period from January 1 through December 31 (“tax year”), and are only accessible for use for such specific Tax Year. Unused tax returns can be used for the specific Tax Year purchased for up to 3 calendar years, so long as User Access is purchased for each calendar year (e.g. unused Tax Year 2025 tax returns may be used for 2025 taxes through December 31, 2028). User Access is required to access functionality in ProConnect services (sold separately). Unused tax returns and User Access purchases may only be canceled and refunded as follows: (i) if you opted to defer payment on an advanced purchase, you may request a refund until five (5) business days after your Deferred Payment Date; or (ii) if you did not defer payment, you may request a refund within five (5) business days of the New Tax Year Release Date or your Payment Date, whichever is later.
