Common questions about Missouri Miscellaneous in ProConnect

How to override the defaults for Form MO-1040A:

1. From the Input Return tab, go to General ⮕ Misc.Info/Direct Deposit.
2. Go to the MO tab.
3. Under the Missouri Miscellaneous section, enter 1 to print Form MO-1040A when applicable. Enter 2 to suppress Form MO-1040A.

How to resolve "e-file: Missouri school district number is missing." (ref. #1803) or "e-file: Missouri county is missing." (ref. #2698)

1. From the Input Return tab, go to General ⮕ Client Information. 
2. Scroll down to the Missouri Information section.
3. Select the School District # from the drop-down menu.
4. Select the County Name from the drop-down menu.
