DMS hangs or stops responding when scanning multiple pages

When scanning multiple pages in DMS or using the duplex option, the program may become unresponsive and hang or freeze due to the large file transfer size.

Follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  • Scan multiple pages using DPI: 150 and Color: Black & White.
  • If the problem persists, change the scanner driver by clicking the drop-down button and selecting a different one.
