Checking Auto Renewal status for ProSeries and Lacerte

Checking your Auto Renewal status online:

  1. Sign in to My Account.
  2. From the Dashboard, select Products.
  3. Select Auto-Renew.

If your Status is Enrolled in Auto Renewal:

  • Your auto renewal status, product availability date and last 4 digits of your credit card and expiration date for auto renewal will be displayed.
  • Software delivery will be made available after your order has been successfully processed.

If your Status is Not enrolled in Auto Renewal.

  1. To sign up for auto renewal, select a Payment Method.
  2. Review the Auto Renewal Terms and Conditions.
  3. Check the box to acknowledge the Auto Renewal Terms and Conditions.
  4. Select Enroll Now.

In order to cancel your auto renewal or change your renewal preferences, contact Customer Support.
