How to reprint a payroll check in EasyACCT

Follow these steps to reprint a check:

From Write Up:

  1. Go to Enter Transactions and enter the date in Now Entering.
  2. Select the Payroll Entry button on the lower left of the screen.
  3. Select Next to find the check number.
  4. Select Write Checks in the lower left corner.
  5. Enter the check number found.
  6. The check will auto-populate with the amount of the original check.
  7. Select Print check from the right side button at the top of the list.
  8. The check will print to your default printer. 

From Batch Payroll:

  1. Go to Batch Payroll > Process Payroll > Manual Processing and enter the month, day, and year.
  2. Select Next to find the check number.
  3. Select Write Checks in the lower left corner.
  4. Enter the check number.
  5. The check will auto-populate with the amount of the original check.
  6. Select Print check from the right side button at the top of the list.
  7. The check will print to your default printer.
