How do I generate an Ohio City Tax Return?
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Under Add a state return at the top of the screen enter Ohio and select OH Ohio.
- Under General you'll now see Ohio with a search box for Add a city return.
- Type in the name of the city or select the city from the list to add it to the return.
- The status of the city's e-file eligibility will appear under the column Eligible for E-File.
- Go to Input Return ⮕ State & Local ⮕ Taxes ⮕ OH Cities
- To add a new city select the City link in the upper right.
- Select the city from the Name of City drop down menu
- Enter the filing address (This doesn't populate this for most cities), other income, credits, and estimates for each city.
- Repeat the above steps for each OH city
