Generating Ohio City tax returns for an Individual return in ProConnect

How do I generate an Ohio City Tax Return?

  1. Go to the Profile tab.
  2. Under Add a state return at the top of the screen enter Ohio and select OH Ohio.
  3. Under General you'll now see Ohio with a search box for Add a city return.
  4. Type in the name of the city or select the city from the list to add it to the return.
  5. The status of the city's e-file eligibility will appear under the column Eligible for E-File.
  6. Go to Input Return State & Local Taxes  OH Cities
  7. To add a new city select the City link in the upper right.
  8. Select the city from the Name of City drop down menu
  9. Enter the filing address (This doesn't populate this for most cities), other income, credits, and estimates for each city.
  10. Repeat the above steps for each OH city
