ProConnect will generate a Kansas Form 200 for counties that are subject to the Intangibles Tax.
What counties are subject to the intangible Tax?
Please see the Kansas Department of Revenue link below for a list of Kansas counties subject to the Form 200 - Local Intangibles Tax Return.
- Open the Kansas Intangibles webpage.
- Choose Local Intangibles Tax Form and Rates (200) for the appropriate year.
- Review the Filing Instructions to see if the county in question is listed, the tax rate, and the filing address.
Generating the Form 200:
- From the Input Return tab, go to State & Local ⮕ Taxes ⮕ Kansas Form 200 - Intangibles Tax Return.
- Complete the Residency Info and make any adjustments as needed.
