Generating Kansas Form 200 intangibles in ProConnect

ProConnect will generate a Kansas Form 200 for counties that are subject to the Intangibles Tax.

What counties are subject to the intangible Tax?

Please see the Kansas Department of Revenue link below for a list of Kansas counties subject to the Form 200 - Local Intangibles Tax Return.

1. Open the Kansas Intangibles webpage.
2. Choose Local Intangibles Tax Form and Rates (200) for the appropriate year.
3. Review the Filing Instructions to see if the county in question is listed, the tax rate, and the filing address.

Generating the Form 200:

1. From the Input Return tab, go to State & Local ⮕ Taxes ⮕ Kansas Form 200 - Intangibles Tax Return.
2. Complete the Residency Info and make any adjustments as needed.
