Self-Service options for your Intuit Hosting subscription

Before you start:

• Self-Service can't be used to change your users down to zero or to add 30 or more users to your subscription.
• If your hosting subscription isn't eligible to use Self-Service for these changes, you'll be prompted to contact our Hosting Sales team at (844) 818–5400.
• Only users with the Account Admin role for My Account Access will be able to make these changes using Self-Service.

Changing your Intuit Hosting users:

1. Sign in to your Intuit My Account dashboard.
2. Go to Add-ons ⮕ Hosting.
3. In Enter total # of seats enter the amount of seats you need.
4. Select Update.
5. When a card is being used for billing, you'll be prompted to enter the security code for the card being used in the CVV field.
6. Review the Subscription summary.
7. Select Confirm changes.

For Hosting for ProSeries, to purchase multiple seats you'll need to have ProSeries Network License.

For Hosting for Lacerte, if you try to change the number of seats to more seats than you have for your current year Lacerte Fast Path License, you'll receive a message: You may be required to update your Fast Path License. Review details.

Updating the payment method for your Intuit Hosting subscription:

1. Sign into your Intuit My Account dashboard.
2. Go to Add-ons ⮕ Hosting.
3. Next to Manage payment method, select the pencil.
4. The Edit link on the pop-up panel can be selected to adjust the payment method already entered, or you can scroll down and select Change payment method to enter a new card or bank account.
5. Once the desired payment changes have been entered scroll down and select Save and Use.
