Apps listed are for access to the programs only. Users will need a license for the product unless noted otherwise. Supported apps may change due to performance or security concerns. Right Networks may change their pricing, but will notify subscribers in advance if that happens.

Some of these applications require additional information. When needed, the Provisioning Team will reach out via email to collect the required information.

Commonly requested apps that are not available:
Some apps are not available in the hosted environment. The following are ones that are frequently asked about:
- Licensed versions of Adobe products (Adobe Acrobat): Right Networks discusses the Adobe End User License Agreement concerns that prevent it from being available in the hosted environment in this blog. Users can copy and paste files as needed to use their paid versions locally. PDF24 is available as an alternative as is Foxit (if purchased).
- Cloud storage applications including Dropbox, Mega, and Google Drive won't work in the environment; however, the website versions can be used.
- Canopy is not supported; however, as long as all it needs is a printer driver installed to be able to print to it, there's a solution. Install the printer driver locally and when you want to print to it from the hosted environment print to TSPrint Printer. TSPrint Printer will populate a list of printers from the local computer so you can select the one installed to use with Canopy.
- Faxing applications: At this time no faxing apps are supported. Web-based faxing services such as fax.com or efax.com can be used.
