Apps listed are for access to the programs only. Users will need a license for the product unless noted otherwise. Supported apps may change due to performance or security concerns. Pricing may change, but subscribers will be notified in advance if that happens.

Some apps are available that are not part of one of the Intuit packages (or the Intuit Accountants Application Cloud Add-on). Rightworks can check if an app that is not listed is available.
You may reach Rightworks Accounting Firm Solutions at 1-888-417-4448 x1 + Option x3. They're open Monday-Friday 9-5 ET.
They may advise that an app has not been asked for before, new apps can be requested through the Rightworks New Application Request Form.

Commonly requested apps that are not available:
Some apps are not available in the hosted environment. The following are ones that are frequently asked about:
- Adobe Acrobat for Enterprise and all versions of Adobe where a license is entered to use are not supported.
- Cloud storage applications including Dropbox, Mega, and Google Drive won't work in the environment; however, the website versions can be used.
- Canopy is not supported; however, as long as all it needs is a printer driver installed to be able to print to it, there's a solution. Install the printer driver locally and when you want to print to it from the hosted environment print to TSPrint Printer. TSPrint Printer will populate a list of printers from the local computer so you can select the one installed to use with Canopy.
- Faxing applications: At this time no faxing apps are supported. Web-based faxing services such as fax.com or efax.com can be used.
