Everything else prints but Form 1040

When you are attempting to print a return, but not all of the pages of the return - you're missing Form 1040, but this is not happening with all of your Individual returns, check the age of the taxpayer:

If the taxpayer was born before 1955, they have the option of print the Form 1040SR or 1040. Verify if either the Yes or No box is checked:

1. Open the return.
2. On the Information Worksheet look at the line Print line 1040 SR instead of Form 1040.
3. Verify one of those boxes are checked.
