How to resolve Lacerte diagnostic ref. 4589

"Form 1310: You must possess valid proof of death to e-file returns with Form 1310." (ref. #4589)

To resolve this diagnostic

1. Go to Screen 63, Refund Due Deceased Taxpayer (1310).
2. Scroll down to the Electronic Filing (1310) Section.
3. Place a checkmark in Taxpayer possesses valid proof of death.
