How to generate Form 8850 in ProConnect

This article will show you how to generate Form 8850, Pre-Screening Notice and Certification Request for the Work Opportunity Credit, in the Individual return.

Refer to the IRS Instructions for Form 8850 for more information.

To generate Form 8850 in the program:

1. Go to Input Return ⮕ Miscellaneous Forms ⮕ Pre-Screening Notice for Emp (8850)
2. Scroll down to the Job Applicant Information section.
3. Enter all applicable fields.
4. Enter any other applicable fields on this screen.
