RTE 52 can be the result of :
Conflict with Anti-Virus programs:
- Do not run more than 1 Anti-Virus program in real time scanning on the same computer. If more than 1 Anti-Virus is installed, only 1 of them should be set to real time scanning, the other should be used only for manual scanning. This is especially important if EasyACCT data is on a different machine. If the program and the data are on different machines (i.e.server), then configure one of the Anti-Virus programs to exclude the EasyACCT data path as well as the ezacctw.exe file from real time scanning. Note: Spyware and Anti-Virus are not the same thing. Spyware can be running at the same time as the Anti-Virus, but not 2 Anti-Virus. We do not support Anti-Virus Software, the settings will be determined by the user or their IT professional.
