What is Manage Users?

Manage Users are services included in your ProConnect Tax or Lacerte program that enable the safe transfer of taxpayer data over the internet. To further protect taxpayer confidentiality and privacy, Lacerte restricts access to only authorized firm administrators and employees.

  • To add or remove authorized users of this service, contact your firm administrator.

How to use Manage Users with Intuit Link

Intuit Link is considered a connected service because it stores personally identifiable taxpayer information on servers accessed across the internet.

As a Lacerte tax preparer, you must use the same login for Intuit Link that you use for Lacerte Manage Users.

  • This allows client information, questionnaires, and document requests to be migrated to Link.
