I filed Federal, SC State and NC nonresident State returns....I was able to efile Federal and NC State returns but keep getting error message to attach NC State...

Yes! I just upgraded my program about 15 minutes ago (Friday, 3/19 @3 pm EST, installed updates and everything flowed through for all my clients! Yay!
