I have clients that are filing MFJ both have itin numbers. Their children have social security numbers, is there a reason the recovery credit does not apply to my clients? I was under the impression the new form was able to reimburse for having a dependent with a social security number. All dependents are under the age of 10. The form does not generate.

ITINs or SSNs that are valid for employment? It must be the latter; it's in the language of §6428 and §6428A as well as the Q&A published by the IRS.
