How do you set up Multi Function Authentication in ProSeries Professional?

Not at this time. The MFA makes use of browser data to trigger and confirm the authentication.

The only method would be the route of clearing cache and cookies, which would be necessary after each program use.

Thanks for reaching out about this!

Our present security measures will make use of multi-factor authentication (MFA) whenever a new device or computer is being used when logging in to the program. This will prompt a message requiring a six-digit code to be keyed in from either e-mail or text message.

You can also trigger MFA by clearing the cache and cookies of the web browser ProSeries uses to connect to the internet.

Is there a method to have Multi Function Authentication enabled even for the computer that you normally use?
