As of 2018 Residential rental property owners can elect to use Section 179 for assets not located inside rental buildings.
Proseries won't allow me to take the full deduction. Is there a way to inform the Proseries Software that the Rental is the principal business so that it allows the deduction?
Or is this an ongoing problem where overriding it is the way to go? How do I proceed?
