is the 20% reit deduction allowed regardless of individual's income? where do i enter it on Pro-Series software?

If it is coming by way of dividends, double click the dividend entry line on schedule B to open up an additional worksheet to enter the info. If by way of a K-1, you need to work your way down towards the bottom of the K-1 to find the appropriate section to activate it.
