Repair Install / RTE 53 unable to open EasyACCT

This artile will help you resolve the following errors:

• RTE 53 unable to open the EasyACCT program.
• RTE 53 can occur trying to perform an Internet Update.
• Run a Repair Install

To resolve the error:

1. Check to make sure that there are no pending Windows Updates.
   • If so, update your Windows.
2.  If this error occurs when performing an Internet Update, see here.
3. Run a Repair Install
   1. Go to C:\EasyW\Network\setup.exe
   2. Right-click setup.exe and select Run as administrator.
   3. Select the option to install missing and damaged files.
