Did the American Rescue Plan became into law already?

How to reduce the $10,200 non taxable unemployment. Do we wait for an update on the program

before April 15 2021 and advise clients to wait?

While we await President Biden's signature on the American Rescue Plan, we are monitoring the situation very closely and will provide updates as they are available.
